When I try to send an email, I get an error: one or more messages can not be sent, they are still in the Outbox. It started when I was blocking spam, so I unblocked everyone, but it did not make any difference. Now I can not send e-mail because I have been blacklisted to send spam, although I restored the system and reinstalled IncrediMail but it did not work. How can I fix this problem?
Follow this process to fix unable to send any emails through IncrediMail.
First, reconfigure your email account using the “Email setup wizard”: follow the steps given
In the main IncrediMail window, click “Tools” and select “Email Accounts”.
Choose your account, click on “Remove“.
To reconfigure an account, click on “Add” in the Account Wizard window, click “Allow me to configure settings myself” and “Next”.
Please select your email service provider. If it is not listed, click on “Other”
Follow the instructions to setup your account.
Now after setting up a new identity, check that there is no need to create a new email address but the identification name should be different. Anything working in a new identity will not affect your original identity To change your original identity, follow the same path:
Click Tools> Recognize switch> Choose the appropriate identity> OK.
